2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting inquiries, requesting quotations, or placing orders, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. Products & Services
Equine Internationals is a manufacturer and exporter of premium Equestrian Products, Leather Goods, and Pet Products. All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are for general information purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to handmade/custom nature and material variations.We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice.
4. Quotations, Orders & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation (usually 15–30 days) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are generally quoted on FOB (Free on Board) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance by us and, where applicable, receipt of advance payment.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
- Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, currency fluctuations, and other factors.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be as agreed in the Proforma Invoice / Sales Contract.
- Common terms include advance payment, letter of credit, or other mutually agreed methods.
- All bank charges outside India shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
- Delayed payments may attract interest or result in order cancellation.
6. Production, Sampling & Lead Time
- Sample development and production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Lead times are approximate and may vary due to raw material availability, customization requirements, or force majeure events.
- Buyer is responsible for approving samples within the agreed timeframe. Delays in sample approval may affect final delivery schedules.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery terms (Incoterms) will be as specified in the order confirmation (usually FOB or as mutually agreed).
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs, port congestion, or any third-party logistics providers.
- Buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance formalities in the destination country.
8. Customization, OEM & Private Label
- Custom designs, logos, branding, and packaging are undertaken based on buyer’s approved artwork and specifications.
- Buyer guarantees that all provided logos, designs, and trademarks do not infringe any third-party rights.
- We shall not be liable for any intellectual property claims arising from buyer-provided materials.
9. Quality & Inspection
- Products are manufactured according to agreed specifications and undergo internal quality checks.
- Buyer may arrange third-party inspection before shipment at their own cost (subject to prior intimation).
- Claims regarding quality or quantity must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, along with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- We will not accept claims after the goods have been processed, used, or altered by the buyer.
10. Returns & Cancellations
- Customized, OEM, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has started, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect attributable to us.
- Cancellation requests before production starts may be considered subject to deduction of any costs already incurred.
- Defective goods (if proven) may be replaced or credited at our discretion after investigation.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website (including logos, images, text, product designs, and graphics) is the property of Equine Internationals or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Equine Internationals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, government actions, raw material shortages, or transportation disruptions.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
